It doesn't matter what the object is as long as I can Levitate it

If you want to levitate small objects, I would suggest John LeClair's video "Who's Afraid of Invisible Thread". It will teach you how to make it, hook it up and work it. You just can't go wrong.

LEVITATIONS:
Just a brief list off the top of my head. 1) Balducci Self Levitation The one David Blaine "really" used in front of the people on the streets and got crazy reactions from (totally impromptu). You might think the method is cheesy but I do it all the time at weddings and bars and if done seriously, it really KILLS THEM!! 2) Floating Bill Make a bill handed to you float then hand it back at the end for examination! 2) Floating Cigarette or Lifesaver Routine (steve Fearson's hookup) This ones beautiful when done smoothly. The cigarette/lifesaver can float around the whole area in front of your body, from your chest area all the way down to you feet and around your hands too. 3) IT thread reel with this utility item you can do lots of levitaions with small objects. Have straw in a cup in front of you star stirring or moving around without your hands close to it. Have a FLAT dollar bill just hovering or sleightly moving in mid air! Then you gently take it from mid-air and hand it out for inspection. 4) haha "The Wonder Bar" Just plain old fun doing this one. A silver metal looking stick floats around and even moves when inside a sealed Test Tube. Comes with everything you need. Under $9. You should look into getting: DVD Ammar Easy to Master Miracles Vol #1-3 DVD Jon Leclair's "Who's Afraid of Invisible Thread? DVD Learn to Levitate PM me with requests for any DVD on Leviations and I'll see if I can get you the best prices. |

I like the Wild Levitation that is mentioned above. You can appear to levitate yourself briefly, but it does require that you hold a suit jacket or similar cover in front from the waist to your shoes.
I think it's relatively easy to perform and still looks convincing. |

I like the Kings Rising, Zero Gravity (you have to make it), and I love Andrew Mayne's Touching Sky book. Good luck!

I bought a video with my kevlar itr. It showed how to float a bill, walk away from it and leave it sitting there floating. You can the bill through a ring, make the bill fly back through the ring on its own. You can make it sink to the floor then zoom back up into your hand on your command. I can't remember the name of the video right now. Has a castle on the front of it.

Hello again!
Of all the things mentioned here, I've come to the conclusion, personally, the simpler, the better. I have heard SCREAMS from people, when I do the Balducci. Why? I think it's because of the build-up. I don't just stand off to the side, and just go up and down, I have someone (usually a friend, who has been blown away previously, LOL) build up the suspense FOR me...I know it's cheating, but follow me here... They usually precede me with all kinds of tales...God only knows what, but by the time the victims..er...spectators have asked me a dozen times, I'll act it up, real corny stuff, but they BUY it...and UP I GO!! In some cases it just causes a RELIGIOUS experience to people. Then, just plain ol' blue Y.L.I. wooley for IT, and another build up...you know the rest... Nice to see you guys again! Doug |
