Where can I get a large number of decks of cheap cards that I can do flourishes with, and not have to worry about thier condition? Basically throwaway cards that I can fan.
Thanks, Brian

Dollar Store. You can buy a three pack for a buck. They are great for any effect to not worry about. I use them for T&R effects. I don't mind ripping every one up. I get my moneys worth when rehearsing with them. But I use better ones for the show.

If you have a Big Lot near you, from time to time I have found close out's on cards and gotten several decks for a dollar. I have also found flee markets where people were selling new decks of cards for 20cents a pack. Just look around you find them.

Why do you want cheap cards. Cheap cards and old nasty cards suck, for fans they really suck. The only reason I like old cheap cards is because I do a lot of like 6-7-8-9 way cuts and the clumpeir they are the better and faster I can do the cuts. Other then that they suck. You may as well use casino cards for cheapies.

You can also get Stud playing cards from most drug stores for .99 cents. Cards are not to bad when it comes to fanning but cheep enough that if you are practicing with them you will not be to upset if they get warped.
