I bought Harry Blackstone's version several years ago, it's not cheep but it's worth every $.
All I can say is that it's a wonderful piece of magic, you can find more details here: http://azcostumes.com/catalog/product_in......22057e13

Are there any floating lightbulbs left, or do they now have to be "floating compact fluorescent" bulbs? Smile

If I were going to perform this, I would make my own. However, I understand that Gay Blackstone has performance rights on the bulb floating over the audience's head.

Combine D'Lites with a floating LED and you have quite a show, plus it is easy to achieve including a flight out over the heads of the audience and Gay Blackstone, too!

Jack.

Sorry, Jack, but unless you purchased it from Gay (and you don't purchase it from her you can lease performance rights) you did not get Uncle Harry's or Cousin Harry, Jr.'s version. There is some deceptive advertising out there, they often say things like "Blackstone performed the floating light bulb..." but don't say what they are selling is the same, and similar statements. Blackstone version (Sr. or Jr.)has never been for sale.

Jim, Gay has the rights on both Blackstone methods, Sr.'s and Jr.'s, You can float over an audience all you want, but you can't use the Blackstone methods unless you go through Gay.
