I'll start off by saying that mine is the Zig Zag Soda Can which was given to me years ago. It was priced at $150 and crafted of the finest American plastic.
It is a fooling version of Harbin's classic Zig Zag Girl where a lowly can of soda substitutes for your lovely assistant. Yes, at the end you can pour yourself a glass of soda to show it is a real soda can. |

My biggest magic investment was in Chance Wolf's Snake Basket.
I was fortunate to get one on E-Bay for $1700.00! Can't wait to use it in a show! Here is Chance's website describing the effect: Click Here! |

The most expensive trick I have is the one I don't use...
Your choices in life can be compared to watching a magic trick: You can continue to believe the illusion in front of you, find the intrigue and desire to learn more, or quit paying attention the moment you feel deceived.

Are the Trade Show Shells worth the money? They look like it would make a great routine for stage or tradeshows. Why don't you use them?

Oh I didn't mean I don't use them. I meant the most expensive trick is the one you invest money in, only to have it sit in a drawer or on a shelf.
Personally I love them and think they are worth every penny!

Thayer Morrison Pillbox, Thayer Orange Vase, Okito Checker Cabinets medium and small sizes. I don't want to say how much, but they are all four figures and the first one isn't a 1, 2, or 3.
Tophie must have bought the Snake Basket second market as it sold new for $995.00 (and, yes, I got one). However, even at the $1700 price it is worth every penny. |

When I was ten years old and bought my first trick out of the back of a comic book for $1.98.
That was my most expensive purchase. That plastic rice bowl set has cost me thousands of dollars spent on magic over the years!!! |

An original Okito-Redmon Checkers cabinet, an Okito-Neilson Checkers cabinet, and one of only three "checkers" cabinet using a chinese doll and a stack of chinese boxes filled with jewelry made by Bob Kline.

Most expensive huh...
It was my Collector's Workshop "Power Chopper", but I sold that.. Collector's Workshop's Time Odyssey or (if you count value...my original Stull Mental Miracle Watch. Close second would be either Gumball (CW), Jumbo Sidekick or my brand new Wolf's Magic "Outhouse". Steve Thomas |
