Go with Pete's sugestion, it's packed with all you need to know.
To my knowledge there is only 1 volume. Correct me if I am wrong, though! |

There are actually three volumes. Volume 1 is readily available in softcover or harcover. Volume 2 is currently out of print. (I was lucky to get a used copy that was in like-new condition earlier this year.) And Volume 3 can be purchased through Abbott's Magic.
