Hey guys, I'm putting together a fork bending routine and with all the great bends out there am haveing some trouble deciding wich ones to put in. If you guys could please let me know wich bend you prefer out of these two for the opening bend:

In the hands bend, first phase from PK silverware.
Pros: Happpens in the Specs hands
Cons: Not visual, if they pick the wrong fork it doesn't look as good.

Handle Bend from Banacheks series volume 4.
Pros: Looks awesome, easy to do.
Cons: A bit harder with forks.

What do you guys prefer? I'm going to follow up with the optical bend. Currently I'm leaning toward the in the hands bend....

Thanks in Advance

I would practice both and use which ever one fits the situation you are in. They will both fit in at one time or another.
