I would like to meet some/all of the south Florida mentalist, and I was wondering if anyone was going to the Magic On the Beach convention this weekend. Of course, you do not have to be from south Florida. I would like to meet as many mentalist in person as possible.

Hi Jerry,
I live here in Palm Beach and plan to make my way down this Saturday. I'm a mentalist, and I specialize in mentalism with cards. I only plan to be there on Saturday and will not be staying over. If you'd like to meet, let me know. |

I won't be going to the beach for the event this weekend, but we could meet somewhere. Let me know too.

PalmBeachGuy, hope to see you Saturday! I am not staying over, but will be there Friday, Saturday and maybe Sunday.
Anabelle, any reason for me to go to Coco Walk, and I am there. Let's set a time in future there. Saturdays and Sundays are the best for me. Thank you both for your time Jerry |

Anyone that ends up at MOTB please tell my friends there like Oliver, Fantasio, Paul Diamond or Richard Mark that I say Hello.

I missed going to MOTB, wasn't even aware it was going on this weekend. Where exactly was it held?

I am sorry, I now realize I should have mentioned the Convention early. A lot more people would have attended had I brought it to their attention (at least locally).
I enjoyed the convention throughout, but I was only there two of the three days. I finally got some spirit slates and other items I have been needing. The Docc Hilford lecture was excellent (it was the only lecture I attended, I passed on all the magic related lectures). The performances were really good. They had Kevin James. Gaetan Bloom and Malakatin (I never heard of him either?) with Denny Haney as the MC. I finally got to see Kevin James snow production and the bowling ball (wow, it can't be a Topit). And Gaetan Bloom did some amazing work. The only weak point was Malakatin. He was very funny, but he did three card reveals in a row (one of those employing a jumbo zig zag card). James Randi was scheduled to have a lecture, but it was either canceled or changed. No Randi, *** that was the only other lecture I wanted to attend. Any question, ask away. Jerry |
