If you go to the various party stores and major discount stores, such as Wal Mart, you will find some plastic cups that have a 12 ounce capacity. These are really inexpensive. They are decorated in various holiday motifs, such as Halloween, Christmas, etc.
If you use sponge balls with them, you can do a nice cups and balls routine.

I found some really neat skull keychains at Archie McPhee's that make wonderful balls for a macabre cup routine.
Ok so it's a different holiday but a holiday none the less.
