I was practicing the Cannibal Cut taught in Daryl's Encyclopedia of Card Sleight volume 8 and I cam across the Erdnase One Hand Cut in Expert Card at Table. I couldn't tell the difference.
Could somebody explain to me what the difference is? It looks the same. |

The difference between Cannibal and Erdnase is placement of your thumb. Concept it the same, but different handling. That's from my view. Anyone please correct me.

I like the Hot Shot Cut from volume 8 of the Daryls encyclopedia of card sleights took me a while to perfect that cut

I guess it's the same cut. Erdnase had the thumb at short end. Didn't canibal too? I think you are wrong KAY.

Does it really matter that much? I mean come on man, its a cut. Who care where your thumb is at.

I think that we should stop buying Daryl's products, because it's obvious he stole that cut! Next I'm sure he'll be claiming he invented the riffle shuffle, and the internet!
