There are more than enough in Bill Bakers lecture notes, "Favorites Through The Years - magic college course" about 60% of the notes are on every type of C&R imaginable, my fave over all is the "The Stupid Boy and His Cows." It is a story that includes 2 square knot cut and restores as well as a center C&R with one piece of rope. Smile
A direct from text adaptation : The Strange Case Of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde Starring Mickey Rooney in his final role.

Most good basic magic books have a variety of cut and restored routines: Mark Wilson's Complete Course in Magic, Tarbell, etc.
For years I did the standard routine (what to do with all those leftover bits of rope?).
But then I came across George Sands' Sandsational Rope Routine. I only use the cut and restored part but it is by far the best I've ever come across -- and the rope lasts forever!
It should be available at most major magic dealers.

Richard Sanders' "Three Ropes And A Baby" is excellent, and I may / should get around to buying / learning it one day.

However, the routine I have performed for most of my life in magic - currently about 26 years! - is Joe Riding's "Roped In", which is a combination of the Conway Rope Trick (which is a three-way cut and restored) and Bob Carver's famous Professor's Nightmare (aka Equal / Unequal Ropes).
