The effect is by Michael Weber and Dean Dill, who is releasing it soon. As of Mindvention time, it was still in post-production. I'm assuming when it's ready it will be on Dean Dill's site. I'm not certain if it will be mass marketed or not.

If this is the one described by Racherbaumer in Genii, it definitely sounds like a corker. I thought about one possible way it could be done (though I'm pretty sure it's not the method), but the mental exercise did get me started thinking about some other approaches and handlings for the OOTW plot.
