Have you ever performed for a all female audience?

Did you alter your performance at all for the occasion (include or disclude certain effects, change your "patter", wear tighter pants, do the "anyone want to kiss the bunny" gag etc.)?

Never thought about it but I suppose I COULD wear tighter pants.

It is a comedy act, after all! Smile

I have done quite a few of these shows. The Legisladies (wives of legislators) have me at a luncheon every other year, womens groups for country clubs, churches, etc. I already have a pretty squeaky clean show, so I don't have to change too much. Of course, at bachelorette parties--they write their own jokes and insert their own inuendoes that I never intended! They tend to be MUCH dirtier-minded than any men's groups I've ever done!

Yes, I have performed for all female audiences before. No, I do not alter my appearance or patter any. Now, all MALE audiences...that's another story!! Smile

The only stupid question is the one not asked.

Frequently, and my act is as rude as I can get away with. When you've 20 drunken women cackling away, any sign of weakness and they'll eat you alive. So time for the "aren't men crap jokes", penile references, and rude tricks!
