Are there any "Flat" passes out there? My classic pass is covered by a tilting forward and back of the hands, but I'd like to learn something where the hands are more still. Something like Harvey Rosenthal's Square up Pass (apparently to come out in a future book) http://harveyrosenthal.com/index2.html .
thanks, -- Frank |

Doesn't Steve Draun have a pass he calls the "Flat Pass"? I think I remember seeing a video of it somewhere on line and it looked real sharp. Might be on his website.

Check out http://www.stevedraun.com for a look at a very nice flat pass.
While you are there, look at the Midnight Shift and the Starfish change also.

As Jimmy Molinari states, Steve Draun's Flat Pass is excellent.
The Harvey Rosenthal Square-up Pass is a thing of beauty, and I am indeed in the process of writing a big book of his card material, including that move. It is proceeding slowly because Harvey's work has been intensive leaving little time for the fun things in life. Matt Field |

How hard is Draun's pass to master?

Depends of the person learning it

Hi Matt. Glad to hear the writing is still on-going. Do you have any estimate of when the book might be done?
Thanks also to the folks who mentioned Steve Draun's work. I knew I'd come across the term Flat Pass before, but had forgotten where I'd seen it. -- Frank |
