Thanks for the replies.

Well I'm certainly looking to be different in my design, I probably won't even be using the z***** gimmick!

I built a quick and dirty floating table using cardboard, latex paint and stain.
Looked pretty *** good and yes used a Z***** gimmick.

The controversy about that continues it seems some people claim only THEY can sell you a floating table using that method, and how dare you threaten to build one yourself?

I'm selling special performance rights now for using a th***tip

Its for a distinct vanishing trick that I developed.

After all, people can sell the "performance rights" to floating things using a
Z***** gimmick now, so I feel secure in my right to claim that gimmick's use
for my special vanish.

Either show us a patent or stop telling everyone they are ripping you off.
The last thread was ridiculous, let the guy build his table, I say go for it.

Keep it up with the ridiculous arguments and someone may post a how to website.

:)

Here is another option to building one and instead of spending thousands.
Howard at the trickery sells a floating side table made by Tora I believe also. Pretty inexpensive and one may try it out before spending a lotta money.

I have never tried to build one.
I did get to see Losander's at one of his lectures.
It is top quality and is very impressive to see in person.
It is expensive, but I think it is worth the money.

Well I have decided to build a table, however the method(s) I will be using have NOT been used before and will (if they work) create an AMAZING floating table with NO cover.

Purely for the fun of building and love of magic, I am taking it upon myself to use my imagination and prove that we don't all need to follow the same path!

Merry Christmas to all.
