Looks good even though an acorn as yet. The Rolon table seems very good value compared to some others that are just turned out in unprepared timber.
Is the bunny box leak proof whilst on the child's head? Tony. |

Thanks for the Kudos, however, I want to wish Ken the best and it is always nice to see new original childrens products especially ones created by Ken Scott. It's different than seeing the same ones sold by everyone else.
I just realized he's missing his Star "footy prints", & his Pizza Box Birthday Picture Surprize. (Wandering CD?)

Ken,
Id didn't see where the "stars foot prints" are listed? The jumbo three card monty library card sounds perfect for library shows. I'll have to get that if I get into library shows. How are the angles on that? Jim

Jim,
Ken Scott's Library Card effect is an absolute must have for any reading and library show. It's one the librians love and remember you by. You can ask the kids "How many have a library card?" (Audience participation) And, that is impressive to see all the hands go up! (I got that on video!) Ken's routine is absolutely great. It's a rare routine you can do right out of the box, and (e-gad I can't believe I'm saying this) minimal practice, but it's true. It's a nice beginning of the show effect that can act as a transition between two effects. It's also quite visual! And Yes, Ken, this mini-review can be used by you as a testimonal!

Hey Ken, does the logo on your ESP Poker Chips effect have a typo in it, or is that intentional? It says "ESP Pocker Chips". Otherwise, great job, I will probably be purchasing from you very soon.

Hi Ken, about your "Book of Treasures". Is the effect similar to Barry Mitchell's method where Barry's method is actually producing gold nuggets, crowns, etc. from the book?
Or it's an improved version (and Better!) of the coloring book? |

It is totally different to Barry's King Midas routine. Mine is a coloring book that changes into a box into books and then into treasures with gold coins as they pour out at the end.
thanks Ken |

FYI: I've got Ken's book of treasures and it rocks! Most kids have already seen the standard coloring book and know what to expect. This effect adds a new twisy and gets a great result from librarians. It's a must have! I only wish I had thought of it!

How does the book of treasures apply to library shows?
I saw a pretty well-known magician in LA do a library show couple weeks ago and was less than impressed. He was good up to a point. But besides giving up all control of the audience (letting the talking moms take over etc) there wasn't anything that was library specific at all. He just pointed to some books at the end of the show and said, read some books. Jim

This is the main problem with so called "educational" performers. So many times one of these performers tells everyone that they offer an "educational" program on reading, drugs, etc. but the fact is that the program contains nothing that motivates kids whatsoever. I've seen this happen countless times with countless performers. They get up there and do a trick and then tell the kids to read a book, do a trick, tell them that reading is fun, do a trick, and so on and so on. Nothing educational or motivational whatsoever!
Ken Scott's book of treasures is a great prop that is a must in a library reading show. Of course what it all bolis down to is how YOU THE PERFORMER present it in YOUR show. It's a great idea and a great trick to put in the beginning of your show...which is how I do it. It gets a good response because the audience has no idea that gold coins are going to pour out of the book. It's got a great message behind it. Get one from Ken...you'll love it! I own several of his products and have never bought one yet that I don't like or can't use. Ken is very well known from KIDABRA and he offers great advice and great products. Highly recommended. P.S. Ken- if you are out there, I hope you sell a million! |
