Come to think of it, does the EoPCF even cover the one-handed fan? I can't remember seeing it in there... blank and left-handed indices fans were probably the closest to it. Or am I mistaken?

Hey itexus, sorry if it wasn't clear - http://www.borders.com and http://www.bn.com =) search on 'jean hugard' and you should be set. he also co-wrote 'expert card technique' w/ fred braue, considered one of the 'bibles' of card magic.

a lot of the material (including split fan productions, various other palms, cuts, and productions) is in hugard's two books. again, I think it's worthwhile to go through those books first, on your own, and then see McBride's take on them. it's like reading a novel versus watching the movie rendition - I feel like it's "spoiled" forever if you watch the movie and then have that particular actor's face and voice imprinted to the character from the book...for instance, reading LOTR again after having watched the movie was a very different experience from when I first read it, long before the movie...

have fun though! you're in for some treats and long practice sessions, itexus. but it never gets boring =)

Just kidding, they're $8.06 apiece from borders:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/det......n=507846

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/det......;s=books

And here is Expert Card Technique (covers all the card moves you'll probably ever need, in a well-explained and carefully thought out fashion):
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/det......;s=books

If you are able to master 1/4 of the material in these books, which will take months if not years, you can count yourself a very able cardman.

Good luck,
maurice

Kev it's on pg. 97
Magic is doing improbable things with odd items that, under normal circumstances, would be unnessecary and quite often undesirable.
