Does anyone have a review of this text? Would you suggest I get this or Device and Illusion by Steinmeyer?
Any input greatly appreciated. Thanks! -Nick

Both are wonderful books, as is Jarret, The Complete Jarret and anything else by Steinmeyer.
Mark Parker hangs around here on the Café, and it's nice to be interactive with him. It's in full color and has some great ideas and good drawings with measurements. I've been working on building Inertia out of his book. J.C. Sum's book Illusionary Departures is a great addition to my library. Are you looking for plans, or just ideas to build illusions with? |

Both actually. I already have Complete Jarrett and I really like the 21 Person cabinet. Im actually looking for either plans or ideas to build a big illusion that I'm gonna be performing in November.

Well if you want to make a car appear, get J.C.'s book and that'll give you access to his Backstage area, which has two methods of making a car appear.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mark recently and he has some really awesome ideas! If you want originality, he's your man! Nice guy too !
